Readway is an AI-powered reading platform that enhances your reading experience through artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes but is not limited to:

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our Content: The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, and functionality are owned by Readway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content: You retain all rights to content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Readway a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Open Source Books: Books available in our open-source library are subject to their respective licenses and copyright terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We use AI to process your reading data to provide personalized recommendations and insights. Your uploaded books and reading data are private and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Waitlist: During the early access phase, access to the Service is provided to waitlist members only.
Future Pricing: Once publicly launched, the Service may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing and subscription terms will be clearly communicated before any charges are applied.
Refunds: Refund policies will be specified at the time of purchase.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Readway does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content or recommendations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL READWAY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO READWAY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Readway operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
